Men often think they know what women want in the bedroom however studies show that, that is in fact a lie. Don’t get me wrong men may have some of the fundamentals necessary to get through but are you really pleasing your women?

1) DO NOT RUSH, many men think it’s just about sticking it in pumping a few times and think this is satisfying, let’s me clear just because you are satisfied does not mean your lady is. 3) CHANGE IT UP. Do not think just because something worked a few times for your lady that it will work all the time.
